Does this cost our facility anything?
Nothing. We supply, deliver, install, and maintain the machine entirely at our cost. Your facility provides the space and a standard 110V outlet. You earn a revenue share or flat monthly fee on every cup sold.
How much space does the machine require?
The Touch Coffee Smart Bar Premium requires just 8–10 square feet of floor space, roughly 42" wide by 28" deep. It needs a standard 110V outlet and no water connection.
Who handles restocking and maintenance?
We do entirely. We personally manage all restocking, cleaning, and maintenance for every location. You and your team are never involved in the operation of the machine.
What drinks does the machine serve?
The Premium Smart Bar serves 30+ hot and cold drinks including lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, mochas, matcha lattes, iced coffees, hot chocolate, and protein shakes. All brewed fresh from locally roasted beans.
How does payment work for customers?
The machine accepts tap-to-pay credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. No cash handling required. Everything is fully automated. Customers simply choose their drink, tap to pay, and take their cup.
What if the machine breaks down?
We monitor the machine remotely through our IoT management system and respond to any issues promptly. All repairs and maintenance are covered by us at no cost to your facility. Our turn around time for small fixes is 24 hours. For major replace parts it can take 3-5 business days.
Are there any long-term contracts?
We offer flexible partnership arrangements. Our standard agreement includes a 30-day termination clause. If it's not working for your facility, you can end the partnership with 30 days notice. No penalties.
Does the machine need a water connection?
No plumbing required. The Touch Coffee Smart Bar Premium operates using barreled water or can be connected to a direct water line, whichever works best for your space. Standard 110V outlet is all that's needed.
Is the coffee actually good quality?
Yes, and that's what separates Touch Coffee from standard vending machines. The Smart Bar uses freshly ground locally roasted beans, world-renowned ULKA and Ditting equipment, and brews each drink to order. It's barista-grade quality, not vending machine coffee.
