313 Brewverse Smart Café is an authorized vendor partner of Touch Coffee Canada, providing premium automated coffee bar placement services for commercial facilities across Ontario, Canada.

Our services include:

•       Free site assessments for potential location partners

•       Placement and installation of Touch Coffee Smart Bar machines

•       Ongoing restocking, maintenance, and operational management

•       Revenue share or flat-fee partnership arrangements with host locations

3. Booking and Appointments:

When you book a free site assessment through our platform:

•       You agree to provide accurate contact and business information

•       You understand this is a no-obligation consultation with no commitment required

•       You agree to provide reasonable access to your facility for the assessment visit

•       You acknowledge that booking a site assessment does not constitute a placement agreement

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time using the link provided in your confirmation email.

4. Location Partnership Agreements:

Any formal placement of a Touch Coffee Smart Bar at your facility will be governed by a separate Location Partnership Agreement, which will include:

•       Specific revenue share or rental fee terms

•       Machine placement location and space requirements

•       Access and maintenance schedules

•       Term length and termination provisions

•       Liability and insurance requirements

These Terms of Service govern your initial engagement with us through our website and booking platform only.

5. Communications Consent:

By submitting our booking form and checking the consent checkbox, you agree to receive service-based and marketing communications from us via email and SMS. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect service-related messages necessary to fulfill your booking.

6. Intellectual Property:

All content on our website and landing pages, including text, images, logos, and the 313 Brewverse Smart Café brand name, is the property of 313 Brewverse Smart Café or its licensors. The Touch Coffee brand, machine imagery, and related materials are the property of Touch Coffee Canada. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, 313 Brewverse Smart Café shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, booking platform, or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the value of services directly provided to you.

8. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 313 Brewverse Smart Café, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or any misrepresentation you make in connection with a site assessment or partnership inquiry.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
